Owners were friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice good
Electric fittings and tv connection rather chaotic/ dangerous. Beds uncomfortable and pillows not good
well located near the centre of St Peter Port and local amenities
Felt you were an add on to the Bar rather than a hotel - more notice given some steep stairs so not suitable for less able clientele
Location; friendly staff; good size double bedroom and bathroom but decor tired.
Public Bar area fine - sea view room good size but could do with redecorating. Traffic noise from about 7am,
The Yacht Inn is close to the town centre and bus station, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a perfect harbour view added by the castle in the distance. Overall a very nice hotel to stay in I would reccomend it to our friends and will certainly be going back.
We were treated very well by the owner and her staff. When we booked we did not realise there would be stairs and no lift but the owner and staff were very helpful with my elderly mother who found it hard using the stairs.
A very convenient location.
All we need was Bed & Breakfast and be near family and this hotel was just right for us
Verry friendly and helpful and we were pleased with the area\ etc
Convenience to the town and facilities. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Also the owner was very helpful and tried very hard to sort any potential problems. Early morning noise from the alley below was a bit annoying but not the hotels fault.
The stairs. They are narrow and steep and the reception is on the second floor. All UK hotels employ foreign staff who often speak poor English.
Nice modern room
Breakfast was not served until after I had to leave No public rooms other than a public bar
Room was very disappointing - uncomfortable beds, broken shower door, towel rail kept falling off and it was up 4 flights of difficult stairs. Terrible noise all night one night coming from above the room. Breakfast was not good.
Great location, easy to find. Graham & Nicky made sure that I was ok.
Good curtious people, good breakfast, great stay.
The service was very bad. There was no one there in reception no matter what time of day, you had to go into the bar downstairs where the staff didn't seem at all pleased to be having to show people to their rooms. The staff were rude and unhelpful.
Location -immediately next door to the office where I was qattending a meeting.
Stairs - lack of lift. Dining room on first floor close to bedrooms and with views across the harbour not used for breakfast - why?
It's position on the front.
Didn't realise there was no lift.
Nice people running a quality hotel, good rooms and well situated.
